The ENAG Food Safety Taskforce (FSTF) eNAG Food Safety Taskforce is an impartial panel of independent medical, veterinary and food safety advisors to guide communications from the Australian Egg Corporation on food safety, with a particular emphasis on safe food handling and Avian Influenza (AI).
